At Lulune, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn or unused
- Include all original tags
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lulune.com.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide:
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Return the original item (once approved), and
- Place a new order separately
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If your refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically within 10 business days
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

- Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.
